My LVEF is 55% .it is normal i know. But how fast it will reduced in future. My age is 20. Is 55 lvef enough for me? And can lvef increaseble in future?

Its normal,
Dont worry it will not reduce automatically unless u have some heart infection or heart attack
So just chill
