Heart Problems & Remedies

Hi Have got holter test done due to skip heartbeats sensation and dizziness. The result says occasional sinus arrhythmia bot at awake and while at sleep. No other issue found. What does this mean? I'm freaking out really. Please help

My father had heart choking kind of and he wasnot able to breathe that time. Once we press his chest heart side he will felt better. As per him he was burping that time. I want to understand what could be the reason of this. Please advise what I should do.

My Mother has been suffering from giddy spells for the last couple of months. She has been diagnosed with a heart condition ( Restrictive Cardiomyopathy) last year. She has high BP ( 160 /90 - 180 /90 etc.) Recent Echo Doppler has implied improvement of her heart condition. But giddy spells continue And happen more often in the evenings. Doctor has suggested a HUTT test. what does it mean ? & what is it Approx cost ?

Respected Doctor, Please refer attached graph. I started running from last 7 days & my heart rate goes high. Average its near 165 & max near 180 bpm. Is it ok or i should do some changes in my running. Analysis is same nearby daily. Thanks in advance for your advice.

I am 25 years old and not working in a heavy load just doing an office work sometime I get pain in my left chest while I afraid or panic I feel the pain. during the pain I am not having sweating and breathing problems may I know why it happens it due to cholesterol or anyother things?

I am a software engineer and I am in good health, considering my BMI, which is normal. My blood pressure also is normal. However, my resting heart rate is always more than 90. I have recently started working out to be physically fit. I don't feel any discomfort it anything but it does bother me having resting heart rate of 90+ Should i be worried? What might be the reasons? And, if possible, how can I get it under normal range?

One and half year ago while running on treadmill suddenly I felt chest discomfort. Ecg was done immediately which was normal. Next day Echo and TMT were done which were normal. Later I developed antral gastritis and on tab pantop D. Now sometimes while on walking and exertion I feel chest discomfort. Visited doctor and ECG was normal. What should I do? Should I see a cardiologist?
