My mother is suffering from shortness of breathing since  1 week. She is 52 yrs old and had history of angioplasty 4 yrs ago. She is high BP patient but now her BP is low. She oftenly suffering from breathing problem for last 1 weeks. In her latest ECG shows Abnormal sinus rhythm. What should we do now?? Is there anythng serious?? Please help.
