Chest pain

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have chest pain each day everyday and left hand pain , dizziness sometimes shortness of breath. But my ecg, echocardiography, lipid profile, tmt, ct coronary angiogram all reports come normal. My cardiologists said my heart is ok. But i have real pain everyday all day comes and goes. When i go to hospital they took ecg and said u r ok and discharge me. Plz suggest something
