Hey I dont have a bounding or heavy heart beat or pulse but when i touch centre of my neck with fingers than i can lightly feel my pulse...is it normal??

Hello Practo, I had a heart attack or something that mimics a heart attack 1st of Dec 2017, I got to the hospital and was on ICU. During the period, the doctors found out that my total lipid levels and blood sugar and blood pressure levels where very perfect but yet I still had a heart attack, what's the cause please? I don't want to live on unnecessary drugs that I was placed on which are clopidogrel, aspirin 75mg daily, atorvastatin 40mg daily and isosorbide daily I'm looking forward to you amazing diagnosis.
