Hello sir i left hand paint and some musle pains and chest preasure i did all cardic test like ecg echo and tmt test all are normal and i did blod tes my vitamin d and b12 levels are 7.1 and 210 respectually and crp test also positive 1:32 Please suggest me it is any risk to heart and my life nad tell suggustion.

LDL cholesterol is 145.33, HDL ratio is 3.93. Blood sugar is 148. Is there any heart problems showing. How can i control cholesterol.
