I have a high BP of 140 systolic 85 diastolic in day time. But during morning time when wake up the pressure is normal  how to more come this BP

I have pain under the left ear.iam also having palpitations. They are also occuring in throat.iam having fast heartbeats suddenly and a panic ness comes in mind.iam alzo having trouble in breathing sometimes.due to all this iam having trouble concentrating in study.what is the cause of these problems?

I am going for walking for atleast4 to 5 km a day.while walking and coming i feel little dizziness.i have type2 diabetes and have good control doctor told to stop medicines.while walking no problem but while if i jog for few minutes my chest discomfort will come and whole day it will be uneasy.i have taken applecider veniger with lemon for past three months and i have stopped now taking it.

I have sharp pain in my left arm.it comes and goes.iam having heart palpitations.also in my throat.i have pain below left ear.what could be the reason behind all this?I have pain in left arm since 6 months.it was very extreme at first.then the pain started coming in between intervals.what could be the reason?...is it related.to heart?.. plz help

My mother passed away due to heart attack and her ecg and lipid profile was completely normal.i feel so embarrassed and my earlier thought was like when ecg is normal we don't have to worry about heart.why this happen and why ecg fail to diagnise heart attack.

Patient. 60% blockage in right vessel. Drug eluded stent implanted in May 2014. From then taking Clopidogrel 75 mg, Roseday 10 mg and Met xL 12.5 mg. One week got done ECG which is normal. 3 months back had TMT and 2 D Echo Normal. Now Cardiologist advised Combo Roseday CV 10 A. Withdrawn Met xl My sugars are normal cholesterol normal. No symptoms. Please advise

I sometimes have breathlessness,I always feel mild heartbeat and a skipped beat whenever I check my pulse.is it the cause of concern?

I always have fear and anxiety throughout the whole day.i dont knowntje exact reason.its happening from 6 months.sometimes it reaches at extreme levels that I start crying.i also have heart palpitations and sometimes in throat too.is it related to heart or mental health?

Hello, My mother's been having high frequency heart beats or vibrations near chest, neck, throat and both arms. The hands are shaking and right side of the throat is visibly vibrating. We've got ECG, 2d echo and Angiogram. All came normal. But the symptoms still persist. This condition doesn't seem normal. There're increased palpitations and visibly high on left side of the body. They increase when she starts eating and when laid down for sleep. Is it a cardiovascular condition or nuerological or something else? We're very worried and clueless.
