I have the habit of eating vada everyday in evening time for the past 4 years. My age is now 20. Whether it cause heart blockage in future?whether I have atherosclerosis?I am very feared of this after seeing some information in internet. I need help. But my weight is same as for past 4 years. Weight:72kgs Height:183cms

I am having a chest pain on my left side and simultaneously at the backside of my shoulder..also it happens when I lift heavy items or objects...shoulder bones rotator bone and upper arms also pains and feels tightness...Need valuable suggestion/advice.

I would like to know what's wrong with this report . Please do the needful. Should I do another check up for mom ?

Lipid profile in Sept 2019 are as follows 1. Total Cholesterol- 207 2. HDL-33 3. LDL- 153 4. Triglycerides- 118. After exercise for 6 months, the lipid profiles in July 2020 are as follows 1. Total Cholesterol- 140 2. HDL- 35 3. LDL- 112 4. Triglycerides- 113 Are the lipid profiles in normal range?

Hi, I'm a 17 year old male, My blood pressure is usually around 130/60... or 125/60, 120/60 when I'm calm. I do have anxiety... Related to health... This is happening to me since 6 months. I feel a bounding pulse all the time... Like an earthquake is happening when i lay down.. This is really disturbing... I want to know... What can i do to INCREASE the DBP AND HOW? I am pretty sure that the bounding pulse is due to the DBP I WANT TO GET BACK NORMAL.. I EXERCISE TOO... BHT I DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL HELP.

I have Done TMT last year and results were negative. But now I am again feeling pain in left arm and heavyness in chest while at rest. This mostly happens at early morning. I am able to do regular exercise without any obstructions. I had taken 3 ECG's in December  and January and March respectively. I was prescribed Antacid. But after taking antacid now, I am feeling the pain. Lipid profile test was done and results were as follows-: 1. Total Cholesterol- 140 2. HDL- 35 3. LDL- 113 4. Triglycerides- 114

High lpa level about 60 mg/dl and little high cholesterol. Slightly feel discomfort in chest. Total cholesterol is 220 and LDL is 165.

My mother bp was 174,105 from last 5 months she is taking telmikind 40 mg onece daily but in the evening her blood pressure rises 145,90 and she feel little uncomfortable what to do?

I am very thin person,I am fully aware of my heart beat and I can easily see my left chest muscle moving like heartbeat,I checked my holter,ecg,echo it is normal.
