I take low carb and nil to low fat diet and doing intermittent fasting from last 15 days with exercise for 30 min but I didn't find any changes in my weight also my last report my lipid profile not good and I my dad had h/o of bp and chlolesterol problem and he died and my grand father has problem with heart problem should I be concerned as my regular dr did not say much abt my lipid profile plz suggest I have attach my report. What can I do can take any medication as I suffer from infertility as well and I want to be healthy.

Hi! Plz check attached holter.. Main complaint is dizziness and presyncope feelings throughout day (but no blackouts) In 2/3 ekgs my qtc levels were high- around 480/460/470 so holter was ordered.. But here they didnt mention any qtc data though on call I have been told my qtc was checked and it was not abnormal! Plz suggest me what to do and which doctor to go

My mom facing a blood pressure problem. 2 Month ago. Her blood pressure was 200/110. She started medicine with consultation with doctor. But when she take medicine, she starting shivering and 24 hr facing problem of vertigo. Sometimes Her  blood pressure reduced upto 130/80 and within 6 hr. BP go upto 180/90 Also she is feeling that her head is burning and from ear, some hot gas and vissle is blowing in atleast 5 to 6 times in a day. Please find the attachment regarding medication and tests. Also facing sleepiness problem when she started medication. Vertigo problem is steady throughout the day.

I am suffering with hypertension. I don't know how??? Once i check my BP for medical fitness to enroll in BSF and they rejected me due to high BP. That day I came to know that I could never join the army. At that time i was 22...snow i am 34 and a govt teacher...still i am suffering with this. I check my bp on regular basis...and its between 95/135 to 110/155.. M not taking any medicine , doing only exercises and having proper diet...dats it... Never feel head ache or any symptoms...i hve no problem with this(high bp)..so suggest me i get some treatment or let it go on...
