All the time there is a fear inside the chest and all the time my heart beat is high, sometimes the fear is excessive and many times the water goes up in the mouth then my heart beat increases at an extra rate up to 120, why is that ??? And sometimes 24 hours a day a feeling of fear works inside my chest and inside my body...my 2 time ECG nd 1 time  ECHO is absolutely normal...my Cardiologist Dr  say nothing to worry???

Hi i was tested for Covid positive 20 days back. Initially i was asymptomatic but then lost my smell and taste senses. I feel heaviness in my chest while sleeping and also feel dizzy when this happens. During this time i also feel some uneasiness in my left nostril.
