Do I need to stop blood thinner before or after covid vaccination? If yes, for how many days before or after?

I am feeling pain in chest for 4-5 days . My ECG is normal, trop I is normal , but I am feeling pain in chest which comes and go. Last month also I have pain in chest . Doctor prescribed me recknac sr tablet for 5 days . After that I am ok. Now again I am feeling pain in chest . Kindly tell me

Since a week im having heart palpitations continuously. I went to see the doctor and he advised to take ecg test which came out to be normal. He also told to undergo few blood tests. Tsh was 0.08 which was out of the normal range. Bp was 100/80. For treatment he just adjusted my thyroid medicine dose. But still the palpitations are not stopping. Please suggest.

I am feeling uneasy since date I took the first dose of vaccine 0n 10th of this month and I am having mild fever.Sir I having anxiety in mind.My pulse rate varying from 90 to 120.Pl advise.

Greetings sir/Madam I have an irregular heartbeat , even though not major changes in activities it keeps on changing between 80 to 100 in my mi band 5 , when I use my pulse oximeter to find the readings it constantly changing ( eg: from 90 to 100 and then down to 80 and then back to 95 like that) My heart beat in afternoon in high temperature after a small walk (less than 100m) and climbing a single floor goes upto 140 to 155 but takes time to come back to normal (atleast 15 mins) But My heart beat during morning brisk walk exercise goes upto 145 and comes back to normal in 5 minutes My resting heart rate as per mi band averages at 70 bpm I have gas trouble for past 1.5 months and discomfort in chest region after food , when lying straight . The chest discomfort resolves after a bleaching  . My tsh level 13.5 , hypothyroidism (not taking medicines) , my hdl 27 ,ldl 130, tgl 243 I have attached my ecg for reference Do I need to do any test to check my heart health?

Is this an normal heartbeat , sometimes it even cross 100 plus. I,'m 76kg and height about 5.7' presently I'm on medication for some others ailment.

I'm on medication since March 2021for others complication. But on routine ecg for the last 2 months I've found that my heart beat is always above 90 and sometimes more than 100. I want advice whether it is normal. I'm 41 years old height 5'7" and weight about 76kg.
