I felt giddiness and uneasiness so I checked my BP it comes out 180/110. At several times of a day and at interval it comes around the same. Now what to do. Please tell me  Am I more prone to COVID.

You need to consult and get treatment for your hypertension asap. Having this much of the BP can create a lot of problems for you , not specially only Covid.
