High bp 180 /100

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My father visited hospital for fever and body pain and weakness. In this hospital they first check bp which record 174/100 and after 10 min 180/100. Then doctor give bp medicine and take ecg which show that my father's bp started since 2 to 3 months. Please suggest what we do for control bp and is it a sign of danger??

Hi. His blood pressure is high and he needs medications to control the BP. Regularly take BP medications, low salt low fat diet and daily walking for 30 minutes.
