I visited a cardio for having anxiety about my heart and feeling sensations and feeling like i have symptoms. My echo and ecg were perfectly normal. What is written on this prescription and what is this medicine used for? What problem i have?

Impression- 1. All chambers are normal. 2. Lvef -65 and good diastolic function 3. Pericardium normal, ias avs intact . 4. Lv dimentions are normal , rv normal 5. No clot od veg. 6. All valves ar morphologycally normal Colour flow-*** Trace TR,MR***. No pah No AR , NO PR . Whats about echo report? Is this normal?

I'm having PACs since I took a tab hcq400 for corona, it's been 8 months my covid doctor just discharged me and didn't give any medicines, should I just leave PACs and will they set on their own ? If yes then there won't be any significance of holter and medicines like propranolol or petril beta. Because they are slowly subsiding( but taking a lot of time it's been 8 months and I think it will take more 5 months to fully set) my bp and heart rate are normal. These reports were taken 8 months back. Kindly help

I had covid-19 infection around 2.5 months back, all fine now, no long covid symptoms. I am having low pulse rate 65-70 BPM since past one week now, so in a week day 1, day 3, day 7 are days when I had low pulse rate. And this usually have been after waking up, which doesn't improve for hours even. Please advise.

Hi, my daughter has heart isssue as per below diagnosed : OSTIUM SECUNDUM ASD MEASURING 12MM WITH SMALL ADDITIONAL FENESTRATION NEAR SVC MARGIN SHUNTING LEFT TO RIGHT, WITH ADEQUATE RIMS, NO PAPVC. I am covid recovered, 2 months ago was hospitalized with CT to score 20. It has been 2 months since i am discharged now. I try Fast walking ..... And that makes my heartbeat 140-150 bps. Is this okay ? I don't think before covid it was this high. ECG is fine. Will this get fine ?
