I have done a echocardiogram . Attached. Ejection fraction about 83%. High from normal range. What should be the reason?

Diagnoaed with hypertension  around 2 moth back.Taking sleeping pill as not able to sleep at all since day 1, in addition to BP medicine. If sleeping tab not taken start having heart beat increase , breathlessness etc. Is it OK to continue Zolfresh. BP is now improving. Is it insomnia or Sleep Apnea?

While sleeping my friend heart rate goes below 50- 48.Is it normal and while on seating and moving it fluctuate around 55 to 100.

Hi, Follow up to my previous question on stopping concor 5mg. I have been taking it for 1 and half months now. Initially when they switched me from metroprolol to telma my heart rate went to 190 and i was in day care for two days. That is why am concerned would it re occur if i stop concor 5mg now. I developed anxiety for blood pressure so i started monitoring it frequently i am 23 year old. Now while monitoring mostly at rest my blood pressure remains 115-120 70-75 but once twice i stood up and then again layed and measured immidiately and was 135/77. Is it normal tu fluctuate with body movement and activity?

Hi, I want to stop taking concur 5mg. It was prescribed to me for high bp and high heart rate. Electrophysiologist scolded and asked me to stop taking medicines as elevated bp and heart rate is because of anxiety. He said everything will become normal if i change my lifestyle and exercise. Recently I had a lipid profile and it was not good. Total cholesterol was 233 Tryglicride 160 Ldl 150 Hdl 36. Total weight is 86 I reduce 4 kh Fasting sugar 85 and pp is 104. Recently recovered from covid. How to reduce my colostrol level .how bad is my lipid profile ...is there any reason to get worry off.kindlky suggest me.i don't have any family history.my age is 34.different dr have different opinions.
