I have diagnosed with a thymic cyst of 5cm accidentally.Aspiration has been done 2 yrs back and there is no malignancy..Now my question is that whether that thymic cyst should be removed via surgery or is there any other medicine to supress the cyst as iam facing little sharp pinch pain in the chest area.waiting for your response.

Got ectopic heartbeats after taking hcq400 on ecg (PACs) and they are slowly reducing. It's been 7 months and I went for vaccination, the moment I got the jab I felt dizzy for 1 minute and decent amount of tingling sensation in both forearms for 5 mins. Then was fine cam back to home and lied down and my ectopics( thuds started increasing)..shall I go for the second dose it is there after 10 days. Any tips on how to get rid of ectopics forever ??

I am feeling pain/discomfort/angina pain in chest specially heart area. It is internal type. Taking antacid gel and Pan D but no improvement. I can not bent downwards. Have to sleep right side.  Is it heart discease. Or somthing else. Please advice.

Hi doctor, I used to walk daily 6 to 7 km. Morning 3km and evening 3km. But today when I was walking I got intermittent dull (ignorable) left hand pain. What might be the cause? Thanks

Hello, I recovered from Covid on 5 May'21. Post Covid I developed symptoms such as Shortness of breath & Fast heartbeat. Recently, I tested my Lipid Profile and found that my cholesterol is high. My doctor advised me to take medicines such as "Anleo-DSR, Korandil-5, Rozavel-A, Montek-AB, Vitoxy Plus" for 1 month. Can I take Covid vaccine while I'm on these medications? Thank you.

I got PACs on ecg after taking hcq400 7 months back. Now i feel that I may get anxiety during second, my first dose also I got anxiety (dizziness and numbness tingling) for 5 minutes. So for the second dose can I premedicate myself with a beta blocker or any other medication. Please suggest sir? I'm 23 years old

Can a person die from continuous heart palpitations due to anxiety....i'm having heart palpitations for atleast 3 hours

I took 5 capsules of Brahmi for 5 days for concentration and very next day I took one hcq400 tablet when I got RT PCR covid positive with Corad- 1. Then I got some palpitations with sweating on left hand for 5 mins and weakness, next day I was fine, but got PACs on ECG. My doctor who is a general physician says it's anxiety. Resting heart rate - 72bpm and bp- 120 / 80. My age is 23. It's been 7 months now and I have slight thuds when I lie down which go away only if I read a book. Can I go for the vaccine now ?
