Since a week having shorten of breath, chkd BP it's 145/100, pulse 95-100 Having weekness in hands nd legs,

My mother's lipid profile test result is as below. Cholesterol - 208 LDL - 124 HDL - 37 VLDL - 46 Triglycerides - 234 Other than this in her liver function test the alkaline phosphate value is 113 Also, she was covid positive in April and recovered on may 7. She was on steroids post that her sugar was high. Right now her Hba1c is 6.7 and fasting sugar value is 126. What medicine needs to be started ? Are her lipid profile results alarming ? Or dietary and sugar control will bring triglycerides to normal. Please suggest

Normal heartbeat during day is 90 or above During normal walk or housework it increases 110 115 During climbing stairs and similar activities it goes 130 135

Light heart pain in last 4 days and slight high pain if suddenly wake up or any high sound during sleep. Attached ECG report and medicine took in last 5 days for covid. First five days quarantine no issues , next 5 days tablet revised is that causing any issue ?. Two days left for quarantine ends. Planned to consult doctor in person on Thursday but before that need to take any medicine or it's fine to wait for two days. If means what medicine is suggested to take ?.

Hello sir/madam last month may 14th I tested covid positive and may 23rd admitted in hospital and discharged 30th may. 21 days back im discharged from hospital after covid recovery. After 14 days of recovery (June 14th) I check cbp, crp,d-dimmer, and cue blood tests, all are normal in all tests except platelets. The platelets will be down to 1 lakh. And come to the point my question is My heart rate is increased to 100 to 110 someonetime it will be above 90. When my heart beat comments to normal and how much time it's take to be normal heart rate. Thanks in advance.

Hypertension for last 13 yrs taken Telma 40 and 4 yrs of Painless Internal Hemmarroids occasionally happens once in 5 months whenever constipated. Taken antibiotics and cream at the affected area of fissures. Doctor said no surgery required. 2 months back hospitalised for Vomiting and fever and Giddiness with full body itching and treated for 2 days and discharged and reported local medical shop Aceclonofac combination allergy. Covid +ve with mild symptoms and CT Scan was normal while discharge. Home quarantined for 10 days and RTPCR was -ve post 10 days. Last week  blood in motion, went to surgeon and treated same Acelonofac combination wrongly. Same day again with Itching and fever and giddiness where BP went 80/60 and Oximeter was not reading for 20-30 minutes,but was in conscious stage. 2 days hospitalised and treated and discharged stating that anaphylactic shock. ECHO Report was Concentric LVH and others are normal. Is it cardiac arrest or allergy shock. Need advice.

I was diagnosed with anxiety 8 month back. my blood pressure readings was normal at that time . now my blood pressure reading showing always high like 135/85 average reading. i want to ask can we develop blood pressure in this short span of time like in 6 month because my readings are coming high for last 6 month only... is it possible that at my age blood pressure can be such high if all other thing are normal like kidney function , thyroid, ecg, echo... is it temporary or it can develop permanently..

Hi doc, My mom 54 YO, is experiencing high BP 150-100 (5PM) and 151-103 (7.30PM) (she ate Papad after which it happened) She's experiencing headache. Our Physician doctor has given Telsar LN 5 in January'21. Before that she used to take Telsite 40 mg from past 2-3 years. Requesting for some suggestions for her issue. Her DIA (lower number) remains on the higher side. Please note: These readings are based on Omron auto BP monitor.

Sir/ madam My doctor given metoprolol25mg for two months for high heart beat. my blood pressure is normal.my problem is only high heart rate 140 beats. My tests are normal. Should I continue medicine life long . Can I stop after coming to normal.
