Heart Problems & Remedies

Yesterday I visited doctor for mild head ache and in doctor clinic when they measured BP 1st it was 170/80, 02nd time it was 150/90...I was anxious during BP measurement and HR was also around 102... how ever when I came back home and measured bp it was in the range of 130-35/80 and hr was 65to 70..do i need start medicine for high bp observed at doctor clinic

How long does it take for the heart rate to return to baseline after 1 hour of high intensity exercise in a non athlete but fit individual? And for extremely fit athletes how long does the same heart rate take to return to baseline?

I have chest pain on the right side and it is very severe sometimes that I can't sleep ,when I hold my breath it goes away but after that it comes back and recently I've started noticing pain on the left side as well and the pain raidates from neck to upper back

When i run on treadmill while jogging when i see the sensor it shows heart beat 160-165 . I instantly think it is going too high or something i instantly stop. I am not able to push my body with free mind. Is that too high

Can I get contact details of a good and affordable cardiologist in kolkata? Need to take my father for a check up. He was previously treated in R G Kar hospital, kolkata. But i feel that it's not safe anymore for him to visit a government hospital due to the covid situation. Any additional information is appreciated.

My Blood Pressure readings today : Sys 129 mmHg Dia 62 mmHg Pulse 84 bpm .. averages around 90 sometimes even go to 100 Height : 165 cm. Weight : 80kg Age 22 , Male Please suggest some ways so that I can be fit and healthy and is there any need to go for a doctor check up [ due to the heart readings ]

Hello doctor,I take daily Concor plus, warf 5mg, ecosprin 75,lanoxin.25,gluconorm vg 1plus,eltroxin100and dytor 5  because I am DVR patient.can I take corona vaccine without any fear.

My oulses are high means from range 90 to 110..my ecg and 2 d echo both norma but still have chest pain... Bp is normal...no anemia no thyroid... Doctr says because of anxity...but fast pulses and chest pain still persist.. Pl tell me exactly which other test like TMT OR HOKTER DO I i neet to DO???

Why am I getting Palpitations in my chest? A feeling of heart pounding against chest wall, beating too hard than usual... flip flop type At the same time the rate is absolutely normal- 60/70... when I talk to my doctor he says at normal rate it's just atrial fibrillation which causes palpitations which is not there in ur case...i had echo + ekg yesterday- normal I am now clueless n upset. I have been prescribed meds for gas and acidity as doc beleive it's gastric system causing this sensation Am I on right path??
