Cardiac Rehabilitation
I have been on bed rest mostly in the last 18 months due to which my cardiovascular health is really down. I want to improve my cardiovascular stamina. Can any doctor provide consultation for cardiovascular improvement. I am able to walk normally but cant run even for a minute without feeling really exhausted and take a long time to recover my breadth and heart rate after that or climbing stairs. My echo was normal and i couldn't really complete my TMT fully but in tmt test doc said whatever time i walked was normal on the screen.

Hcq side effect for corona
Hello sir, I got Palpitations and sweating on the left hand after taking HCQ 400 one tablet, next day took azithromycin and got stiffness and heart stopping feeling. Got scared went to hospital and joined for corona treatment got PACs on ecg, but the second ecg they took was normal, they gave me medicines like telma40 and metosartan50 and normal protocol for covid during my admission for five days, I was actually asymptomatic with corad- 1 and went to hospital out of fear. Now it's been 8 months I'm getting thuds in left chest while lying down which is changing with emotions and mindset, doctor says it's anxiety, I feel perfectly normal except these thuds and mild muscle pain near the ribs and shoulder used to have more but went away on its own, one day is good other day not so good, what should I do, heart rate, bp are normal. Please suggest

Covid vaccination
My mother (53yr age) had mild covid symptoms 3 months back for 2 days. But her D dimer at the time was raised to 920, local doctor started Tab. Rivaroxaban 10mg for 45 days.
Later (15 days back ) when we visited the same doctor he found that her blood pressure is increased to 170/80 mmHg hence started her on
Tab. Pantoprazole 40mg
Tab. Olmesartan 20mg
Tab. Asprisol 75
Tab. Duloxetin
Tab. pregabalin nortryptiline
After doing ECG and 2D echo which were normal according to him
As i am MBBS doctor myself i intermittantly take her blood pressure at home which is most of times in range of 140 to 150 mmHG systolic
She has
NO other medication
NO H/o thyroid disease
NO H/o diabetes
NO H/o previous HTN
My question is whether we can procede for her covid vaccination (Sputnik) first dose tomorrow or should we wait till her BP gets to normal range.
Thank you in advance.

Irregular pulse rate
I had covid 3 months back. I have observed that my pulse rate keeps fluctuating. Sometimes it's in 60s and sometimes around 100-120. I had got chest xray after recovering from covid and that was normal. I also got ESR and CRP levels checked they were normal too. Should I be worried?
