Chest pain at left side from last 2 days some times in a day. Some times chest heavyness and pinching sensation in the chest.

I have chest pain in left side and mine hand in legt side near the thimb is tingling Please help me out and I have done all the reports ecg and all are normal 2d echo and all please help me out sir

Hello Sir/Madam, My mother has went a routine check and her ECG was done, along with it Echo is also taken. The reports of the same are attached. Her ABPM report is 130/80 which is average BP. She is having diabetes and her Hba1c value is 6.6. Doctor has prescribed her Bisonext AM 5 mg tablet and is planning to do angiography. Should we go for it?. She is not having any symptoms, it was only a routine check up. Her age is 50 years.
