Heart Problems & Remedies

Last week I had fever (101•) for 3 days (not COVID) During the course, I had high heart rate of 105-110 at rest. Before falling sick my heart rate was around 65 bpm. It's been a week since I recovered from fever but my heart rate is 75-85 at rest. It also increases rapidly when I change my posture. My ECG taken a month back was normal. Is this something to worry about? I don't have any symptoms like dizziness or chest pain. I am a cyclist but am worried that it's too early to start cycling as my heart rate is high

I am 26 years old recently shifted to Kerala so food habit changed. So I was in quarantine without any work I had 3 times food Kerala. Most of time I had dry food. With less consumption of water also. And even I lifted 2 bags while shifting room they were heavy and my shoulders were paining but I went like that around 500m. Now I am feeling burps and chest ache since then. Is it heart conditions or muscle ache? Abdominal ache is there even pooping is hard. The pain shifts every time.. Ribs, upper chest, lower chest, right chest left chest. Please clear me.

Hi I have been feeling burning sensation near heart and also left arm and left leg and usually at night and I wake up due to that and my fingers and leg toes hurt after that, but heavy heart reduces and I have to get up and move arnd and it reduces. But feels like blood is not circulating. I got basic health test done and vitamin d is deficient with 4.2ng/l, b12 is fine, uric acid is bit high at 8.2, cholesterol at 246 andblood glucose at 117. No proper diagnosis yet and not able to sleep properly due to sudden onset of pain.

Can u please suggest few foods with VITAMIN B12 for vegetarians and how much we need to consume in day to day life

I am having concentric left ventricular hypertrophy. Dr said it Ok to have as I am hypertensitive and having metoprolol succinate from many days. Now the concern is can I take the vaccine today?

Iam waking up with a heavy heart and left arms and legs tingling and some fingers and leg toes aching. I got a health checkup done. My vitamin d levels are low at 4.2 ng/l and cholesterol a bit on the high side of 246 and uric acid levels at 8.2mg/l and numbness happens when I sit in odd positions. But in the last 2 weeks frequently waking up at night due to numbness and burning sensation and everything goes bak to normal once I wake up. Please suggest next steps. Sugar has come in normal range too.

Chest Pain on left side and lot of  blood coming from nose, high BP , Stressed and can't sleep from many days

Dear Doctor, My wife have wheezing problem from childhood and she using inhalers.. now she now have sleep problem and  breathing issues at night and she going to start using CPAP, she now a days have high heart beats 120- 135 while doing some work at home and 90-100 BPM while resting.. she already took ecg echo and tmt 6 months back its normal. Please advise if she started using the CPAP device her hearbeats will become normal?? Or Please kindly advise how to normal the heartrates.. Many thanks..
