Hello doctors I need your inputs on the my question on consuming himalayan rock salt and it's effects on controlling blood pressure.. I have been seeing articles and YouTube videos supporting consumption of half spoon of rock salt with one glass of water in empty stomach daiy would be beneficial to body including control over Bp.. as it has got required minerals.. Please clarify is this myth is medically correct ???

I had covid 2 months back ..now I m feeling pain from my left side breast to left side elbow for last 6 to 7 days ...is it bcoz of gas or acidity or I m having some heart issues?

My heart rate has been found increased for from two month and i never have any kind heart problem but i m hypothyriodism patient taking 125 mg thyonorm everyday my present weight is 76kg and height is 5ft .1 inch . I felt vertigos for most of the time at doing any of work my family dr had preffered vertin 24 mg for vertigos also but i did not get relief for ever. My bp has also get lower at 100mmhg to 60mmhg. My haemoglobin at this is 10.1

Dear sir for two months I have palpation and left chest twitching and some tightness in left collarbone bone ecg echo test chest xray are normal pft test small air way obs but doctor said ur chest ct is fine ur lungs are clear but iam worried

My friend get Inferior Myocardial infraction in ECG .What is this and how it resolve. What to do in that condition

1 year back I started metasortan25/40 for my BP daily one tablet in the morning But my BP was not controlled, it is around 130-140/100-110, my blood test and ECG reports are normal then 1 month back I consulted physician then he changed to cinod-T 10/40 at night time, from that day my BP is go to lower side 95-105/70-80 in the early morning, And 2-3 times urine is came in the night. Then he changed to cinod plain 5mg in the night. From that day my BP was 110-130/80-90 but urine was coming 2 times and sleep disturbances happened around 4 o'clock daily .please advise can I take cinod 5mg daily morning instead of night and advise for good sleep.no other medications are using.

My ECG and echo normal,but I have chest pain continuesly and shoulder blade under pain in left side!!!

I feel like there is poor blood circulation in my body especially in my left palm ,right foot and brain. I am experiencing a Constant sensation of cramps very frequently and when ever I am angry or nervous it becomes more. My mind is also dull and inactive and I-am unable to concentrate. Is it a serious problem ? What might be the reason. Please anyone let me know. I get anger and frustration very soon too.

Last week I had fever (101•) for 3 days (not COVID) During the course, I had high heart rate of 105-110 at rest. Before falling sick my heart rate was around 65 bpm. It's been a week since I recovered from fever but my heart rate is 75-85 at rest. It also increases rapidly when I change my posture. My ECG taken a month back was normal. Is this something to worry about? I don't have any symptoms like dizziness or chest pain. I am a cyclist but am worried that it's too early to start cycling as my heart rate is high
