I had severly high cholestrol of ldl 188 in march 2020 , and on march 2021 my ldl was 55 , i used no statin or anything controlled my weight from95-72 ans just an cholestrol lowering oriented diet and my lipi profile came.normal but after a year at start i was not regular though first 3 months had no effect at all ldl was 170 but after 6 months and 9 months ldl decreased exponentially, but my concern is which is giving me anxiety that is the damage already done i had cholestrol in me for 1 year they for sure have done harm as i have anger issue my bp would have rise cause inflammation, although i had 2 echos and ecg with gap of 1 year which were normal but i am still concerned can at any time i would get an heart attack because 1 year with high cholestrol, it is scary, should i get an ct angiogram too see if its all f9 or should i consult a psychiatric as i am going paranoid, i dont have any family history also. HELPA

Please check his blood test reports attached, he is a diabetic (medication Amyrl 1&2) he is feeling tired and dizzy, he has lost weight he was 74kgs which has now reduced to 69kgs. He looks weak and as if he has no energy

After 8 days of angioplasty There are red and blue colour rashes on hand. Is it normal or something else .

I was having my dinner and suddenly feeling unwell and shortness of breath and sweat and after 5 min everything become normal for what reason it is happening?

My test showed very high cholestrol of 250 4 months back disnt took any medicines , was on dietary modifications cholestrol indeed dropped but to 218 only still very high, and since some day i am feeling pulse in my butt and hand and sole of feet(at sole of foot its very mild vibration kind of feeling of needle and pins which feel like it is synchronized with pulse, feet feel a little cold ) i dont know if its due to anxiety i am feeling such things or its something serious, , read a lot literature online and now i am scared although in my whole family none had heart issue till now neithee we have gentic high cholestrol, but i think that i was on a very bad diet and sedentary lifestyle and that may have made my arteries clogged with in 2 years, i was eating bad things for last 2 years and now the thought clogged arteries have me near another mental breakdown, is there any test i should have as i had ecg echo which were normal 3 months back , please i live alone , i dont want to die

I'm 48 M. I did health lab testing today. It looks to me that I'm having higher cholesterol. Total cholesterol 234, TGL 211, HDL 49. Do I need to start any medication for lowering TGL? such as statins etc., I'm daily walking for around 1hour for ~6kms minimum Thanks for advice

My mother does worning walk daily she is 49 and today while doing morning walk she felt a pain aching type on the left side of chest and that pain was going to the left arm. She gat a little worried but after she came home after a while it went away. She has spondolitis. So can this pain be because of that? She has pain in the left and and neck and chest are.
