Heart Problems & Remedies

My father had suffered a heart attack in Feb'21 and underwent angioplasty with two stent implants. He has been on the following medication since then : 1. Brilinta 90mg twice daily 2. Ecosprin 75mg once daily 3. Rozavel 40mg once daily There is no other medication involved. His blood pressure varies between 135-140/75-80. Fasting Blood sugar is below 110 mostly. Since August'21 there are clot-like patches observed under the skin of his right hand. These are painless. They appear for a couple of days and disappear and re-appear again, not necessarily in the same location. Please advise whether these are common side effects of Brilinta or there are some underlying problems which must be addressed. Thank you

Is feeling of pulsing on butts on its own normal, without feeling it with hands just , feeling like sitting on a heart that pulsing, there is no particular time it will take me to feel those pulse , they just start abruptly and when the take my attention, my whole brain just feel pulse on butt

I've been having heart palpitations since last 4 years where I experience flutterations, pounding and sometimes racing for no reason even if there is no physical activity involved. I experienced this problem for the first time during a cricket practice session few seconds after I started jogging and since then it has persisted. It leaves me in panic whenever this happens and I'm concerned about my future. Most of the time I don't give attention to this and my heart beat will be stable and all of a sudden it starts racing inspite of staying relaxed, because of this I've quit playing sports and took up yoga it has help me to extent as I focus more on breathing techniques. My first ECG report showed 122 beats per minute and doctor advised me not to stress too much but after few months my mother passed away, that exerted too much stress on me and incread my palpitations even more. But I have no chest pain and dizziness as such.

How long does it take to cholestrol to clog your arteries, i had high cholestrol since june which was very high, doctor told me to diet see for 3 momth yes there was improvement but not too much it was 166 now down from 181, now my cholestrol is definitely due to diet which i was on for like 15 months and lets say it would have took 1 month for cholestrol too rise so basically i have had very high cholestrol in my blood since 18 month, is 18 months enough to clog your arteries. And looking at rate i am loosing cholestrol i think it would take me another 6 months too lower it so 24 month of high ldl, how dangerous is this i have started taking plant sterols as supplement to lowere cholestrol after consulting a doctor and dietician, is 24 months of having cholestrol enough to damage arteries significantly or it is normal nothing to worry as i am 21 and if i continue to have normal cholestrol level rest of my life everything will be f9 regarding heart ofcourse, or it had already increased

Is having generalizzed pain in right leg only which gets better with painkiller and feeling of pulse at sole of your foor, idk if its pulse or something but i am sure i am feeling some thing on my sole of foot when myfoot is attached to floor(and yes it is synchronized with hr), i am hyperaware of pulse but feeling pulse in foot sole idk, is this something serious, i have normal b12 añd d3 levels thyroid, cbc normal except i am having high cholestrol which was around 180 in may and now its 160 i am not taking statin, doing diet and exercise is this peripheral artery disease, the oain is there it doesn't get better or worse with walking but it is there from early morning and is persistent, pain is moderate though it more around calf area thats why i am tensed,

I have daily chest pain. ECG is normal. Did HRCT, Ultrasound of chest , Endoscopy etc all are normal. But still I have daily chest pain and left hand pain, location of pain is not fixed. Sometimes I have shortness of breath also. 2-3 doctor suggest me that u have GERD probleme. Please help me to root out this probleme.
