What are the annual checkup one should follow up annually to check the heart condition since many youngsters despite being fit are dying due to cardiac arrest. Can we keep aspirin tablets in home during the time of emergency?

When I stretch my chest I got pain in upper left side chest and left side back pain. The pain goes off when I relax my chest. This is happening from past 1 month. Pain is not severe it is like easily tolerable. Ecg and echo are normal. What would be the reason.
