Heart Problems & Remedies

My heart varies. While lying down- 64-78 BPM While standing- 80-108 BPM Can't stand upright still for prolonged time. Light headed feeling and sweating sometimes when standing for long time, sometime while sitting also.

Had mild chest pain yesterday and ongoing dizziness. BP 130/90. Taking Cilday 5 at night. One ECG also taken. Attached ECG. Scheduled doctor appointment tomorrow. Any change in ECG? please advice.

Due to neck and shoulders pain I just go through the ecg test , it shows middling left axis deviation, may I know what does it indicate please suggest me.

I am experiencing slight pain on my upper chest area from last week. I felt a sensation of fear in my heart for 2/3 days. A little bit of pressure too. But after doing meditation all gone. From past 20 days am suffering from neck pain, now am getting pain in left side of chest and shoulders, please suggest me.

My mother's LDL cholesterol is 196.3mg/dl and overall cholesterol serum is 303.36mg/dl. She has hypertension, is taking hypertension medicine but has never taken any medicine for lowering cholesterol. What should be the course of action to reduce cholesterol? Does she need any medicine or just lifestyle changes can be effective?

I feel little pain in left chest sometimes. I always have a feeling of hopelessness and fear. When I do up down on stairs I feel my heartbeat is more faster than it used to be earlier like I worked out much. I feel like my heart is weak. My cholesterol levels are ok. I have high bp issue and taking medicine for that , but still it never goes below 140/90, so should I take vacation for covid or not, If yes than what precautions to take
