Pain in left chest and back
I m feeling sweet and very light pain left side chest and back and also in left shoulder .
My ecg report is normal and blood pressure 145/95 some time 150/100 ...some time 130/90 , I run 2.5 km and do exercises daily
Some time I felt sweet pain and inflammation in left side chest.
Plse suggest what to do.

If the pain and discomfort are occurring only during or after exercise then get an Echo and TMT done
