Is it safe to get ab fistula surgery done for dialysis in a Heart patient with ef 50 percent. Bypass done in 2017. Now kidney failure with cr 8 and urea 124.

I'm having chest pain and it redirects to back and left shoulder My ecg Lipid profile Echo Tmt are all normal My Haemoglobin is 10.6 Slightly low I've sinus tachycardia due to panic attack I feel very uncomfortable in my chest sometimes I feel heaviness and sometimes I feel sharp pain Can anyone tell me the cause All my blood reports are normal

My pulse rate is usually high , in the range of 100-120. Sometimes goes to 130 and above i have recently recovered from dengue when should i consult cardiologist, immediately or can i wait for a few days for body to rest. During dengue my pulse rate was in the range of 90-110.

I'm 21 female and 2 months ago I suddenly got heart palpitations at night but at that time I was not thinking anything but after 2 days I got left side chest pain and then I got my ecg 2d echo and cbc thyroid vitamin d3 test done they all came normal doctor told it is anxiety but now I get palpitations only in the morning and have got digestive issues and also my back and abdominal stomach pains and sometimes left sometimes right chest pains. When i turn my neck back side my right side chest hurts its problem from around 2 years. When i seet on chair and i stretch my body then i feel sharp pain in my right side chest. I done xray but its normal Plz tell me🙏

My ecg echo both normal.. I always feel some discomfort in my left chest.. I feel like air is not coming properly from my left side.. I get chest pain also... I dont feel the same on my right chest...is it angina or something else??

Hello Doctor, I have attached my BP reading and it seems normal but what is triple heart symbol on top. What symbol represents it is normal or not. Please advice. Thanks
