Asked for Male, 27 Years

Sir my age 27 , no alchol habit, no smoking, but i have left chest pain since 8 months pain comes and goes, I took 20 days back lipid test normal, chest x ray normal, in eight months to 15 ecg dones, 10 days back done echo that was normal, yesterday I take ecg I uploded that ecg, last weak I go cardiogy dept docter took ecg after seaing in ecg no problem , he gives tryptomer , acelofenac, pantop that was iam using pain completely not gone I take some steps pain not coming, no sweating, sp02 is 98, in home heart rate 60, in hospital 120 plzz what are my problem docter... Next which docter I consulted cardiogist or physchartist plzz say ::I shares echo, and recent ecg :

Symptoms are non cardiac. Resting ECG is normal n ECHO normal too. Exercise treadmill can rule out if it’s cardiac pain or not. Even after TMT pain persist then u should see a psychiatrist. Anxiety itself can lead to pain
