Since last month i am on telma 40 for BP. It varies between 105/80 - 135/100. My systollic is generally normal below 130 mostly but disollic is sometimes 90 or 95 or 100. Is there a need to change or take more medication or should i continue with telma 40 ?

IF Just Standing Heart Rate Goes Upto 140 then How High it Goes while I  Work? When Im on Propranolol Both Days Night Time BP was After Eating130 Before Eating 127 Before Medication Very Rarely It Crossed 120 if Only 2 Days of using Have this kind of withdrawal Effects How Iam Supposed to Take it For Long Time 😭 Living With Fear Of Dying Pls Help

Today in evening I checked my Blood pressure and reading came 120/90, is it normal or should I check again tomorrow and if observe same then visit doctor.

Hi my age is 34 m. When I walk or do daily route work or exercise o don't face any issue like chest pain or any other thing. But when I do jogging I can't do too much shortness of breath occured like saans phoolna. So my question is this is because of heart related issue or this is because of over weight or less estemina.or I am not habitual of doing exercises and jogging. My weight is 84 kg height 5.7

I have taken ecg and chest X-ray, both are seems to be normal still I have got chest tightness and somewhat uneasy feel in chest like squeezing. Please advise

Sir I have left arm shoulder back neck and jaw pain I have done back TMT TROPINE BLOOD TEST..two months back done  TMT 2DECHO 6 ECG find all are came normal but heart beat is high so doctor said nothing to worry about heart side please suggest me further treatment
