Coronary artery disease for 5 years

My father has CAD FOR 5 years when he talks for long time (5-10mins) or when he is explaining something he is breathing Hardly, and slight burning sensation in the throat while talking more, also he is. Coughing, his ecg had poor r wave progression and his echo was normal

His ECG and Echo are normal. Why are you saying CAD ? Has he been diagnosed with angiography ?
