Hey i am feeling like shortness of breath ,chest pain but when i check my pulse and bp its normal i have stomach pain also ? I am 20 year old good bmi is it heart related or gastritis

You need a health check - basic evaluation from any physician.
It can be anxiety or gastrointestinal problem also, but u need a checkup to find if any cardiac issue.
