I had undergone gynaecomastia surgery successfully. But the hole made for it was not completely cured. It is present like a small wound in that area. Please suggest me for the cure

I wanted to know the time taken for the abscess and the wound to heal after the surgical drainage. I had undergone a surgical drainage on 11th of July and second surgical drainage on 10th of August. Now the pain is less but there is still puss discharge and the antibiotics got over too. Usually how long does it take for the wound to heal and for someone to come back to normal?

Im not able to understand what is this in my anus. Is it piles or fissure or what. Im also suffering from rectal prolapse for long time. Is it associated from that
