Hi, I have a soft lump on my anus from last 1 month without any pain and bleeding in stool. Could you please suggest what it might be and the treatment for it. I am attaching the picture for the reference. Thank you.

I had a fissure and piles laser surgery before 4 weeks now i am having burning sensation and pain while passing stools and when I drive bike more than 10 min i have pain AND burning sensation its same which i had before surgery why my fissure not healing.NOT HEALING FISSURE IS SIGN OF any CANCER?

Hi.. pls help me with this my doc prescribed 5mg letrozol from day 3-7 and scan on 10th day is 2 folloicles 12mm n 11mm .. as the sizes are small so my doc prescribed me letroz 5mg again from day 10-14 . my previous doctors never prescribed anything on day 10 even if size was small.. so wanted to know can I take that much dose in one cycle.. even if I take ll it help increase the size ?

From 2 days I suffering from burning only during defecation and immediately gets relief , I checked no growth of tissue is their near anus During defecation it feels like burning something only once Please advise any ointment for it

My wound is not healing for last three months. It started from a small cut. I am a diabetes patient nd sometimes i get swelling in my leg and it makes me unable to walk properly. Blood discharge from it and to prevent it i wear dressing all the time. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Doctor I am diagnosed by indirect inguinal hernia on left side. I am performing yoga asan since days now and the pain is completely gone. Its happened beacuse of constipation for long time. So now i am taking extreme care in my diet and have included fibers. Can i prevent surgery by following this procedure? If yes then which medicine can i take for abdominal wall strong? Is it advisable to have Ibuprofen, naproxen during your periods to curb period pain. I usually don't get extreme period cramps but this time it's quite extreme
