General Surgery

I had ischeorectal abscess surgery 1 year ago. I am having small discharge in that area and feel like it's small hole. Is this fistula? Can that hole be treated with laser and how much time required for recovery if I undergo laser treatment.

I have a soft lump on my anus without and pain and bleeding in stool. Could you please tell what it can be and is it self curable or with medicine only. I am attaching picture for the reference. Thank you.

I am suffering from CHRONIC Kidney failure for 4 years now I take dialysis twice a week I have fistula in my hand through which I take dialysis but since some days I have swelling on my fistula hand I don't know what to do please help

I am getting slight pain near right side above the  c section scar ..which is a  horizontal incision And when I press the pain..I get burps ..and pain gets relieved .. Is this something of problem??

I have underwent three major abdominal surgeries(midline excision,laparotomy) owing to intestinal problem (the same incision was used for surgery thrice),last surgery date 25thJan 2020. .Since last few months I'm having discomfort in right upper abdomen,just 2cms away from incision..I'm feeling something will bulge through that spot,but there is no visible bulge...it is similar to feeling we get while checking pulse rate...Also while sneezing I get the same feeling...Due to surge in covid cases I'm unable to visit my doctor... Kindly help me...Can it be hernia or it is due to adhesions? Please reply

I ordered home collection for blood sample ,as procedure was smooth n no bleed also after procedure n phlebotomist applied handiplast . Next day when handiplast was removed , superficial clot was seen over cubital fossa region . No pain n no swelling  no warmth over tat region, absolutely fine , just discoloration or clot is seen . Is this normal or I should be concerned about some clotting disorder (I have long standing varicose veins). What's the treatment for this? Planning to take covid vaccination ,plz suggest .

After 7.5 months after c section delivery I have slight pain on one side of the incision ( on the inner side ) outside it is completely healed  since only yesterday not before that .. Pain is very mild.. Is this normal ??
