I have a pea size lump in my right breast. Mamography done. It says fiberdenoma birad2. Is surgery is the only option to heal. Can medicine be used to heal it. I am worried what if it turns into cancer.

Hi Dr. I had fight with my friend when i was 14, he punched me no. Of times on my face. My face was swallen for no. Of days but the pain went and i didnt bothered either. After 4-5 years i get comments from my friends that your face is bend from one side or they say in hindi as teda mooh.
