Fissure and piles surgery
I had a fissure and piles laser surgery before 4 weeks now i am having burning sensation and pain while passing stools and when I drive bike more than 10 min i have pain AND burning sensation its same which i had before surgery why my fissure not healing.NOT HEALING FISSURE IS SIGN OF any CANCER?

No , fissure takes normally longer duration to cure . And also it depends on factor like hygiene# proper sitz bath. Kindly take proper post operative care to get early healing.
