General Surgery

Hi I'm having right  shoulder pain for like 2 years now. I did do exercise to relax but nothing change. When I do some work it doesn't feel pain or tired but when I stay still and rest it feel pain not that very pain but kind of tired. Now upon looking and compare my left and right hand my right is little bit small compare to left.. And now my right leg also started the same tiredness. So any doctor who is here to help me? I have Lipomas are harmless, fatty tumors that can form under the skin. It is usually painless but for the past 15 days I am having some pain in my  thigh  I am thinking of surgically remove a lipoma if my pain continue other symptoms after this covid pendicmic. FNAC test report attached Question I have are.. 1) is there any medication treatment without surgery. 2) How much time it require with medication 3) Why I am having pain just below lipoma region. .

Hi, Had to suddenly wake up at 1:30am to take up a condolence call.Since then, am experiencing pain below the neck bone and above the breast. Pulse rate was 120 till 330am and checked with a nearby doctor and ecg & bp were normal. Doctor mentioned that it maybe due to anxiety and stress. But uptil now 6:08pm am still experiencing that lub-dub pain and it's quite uncomfortable. I have no issues with breathing and the pulse rate is now 72. Sometimes this pain radiates till the left shoulder and sometimes I experience the same pain above my right breast and below neck bone also. One more thing, I did not sleep from 130am. Pls advise. Have enclosed the prescription also.

Was PR and Proctoscopy done according to below prescription? What is H/o and fistula in it? Plz advised
