Lipoma surgery
I have Lipomas are harmless, fatty tumors that can form under the skin. It is usually painless but for the past 15 days I am having some pain in my  thigh  I am thinking of surgically remove a lipoma if my pain continue other symptoms after this covid pendicmic. FNAC test report attached Question I have are.. 1) is there any medication treatment without surgery. 2) How much time it require with medication 3) Why I am having pain just below lipoma region. .

Till date no medication for lipoma, lipoma can be surgically removed for cosmetic reason and causing pain, pain may be due to compression effect on adjacent tissue or nerves..

Lipomas are usually benign tumors. Not life threatening. Unfortunately no medicines for lipoma. Surgery is the only treatment if causing problems. Large size can cause pain. You can take pain killers for temporary relief. Get checked by a surgeon
