Another calculus is also seen at gallbladder neck region.Is it necessary to do surgery as soon as possible or medicine treatment is ok for this condition. Please guide me

I tried to do a rectal exam by myself as I have constipation I put my finger inside up to a point that I reached a place where I had to push hard and it' was closed but on touching it opened and I could feel the ring like shape of the surface in full angle 360 degree I like to read medical articles online and since lockdown have not Moved out of the house so I tried doing this Did I reach the rectum ? Hello Doctor, I have inguinal hernia from last 1 year, and I know that I have to undergo surgery, currently my inguinal hernia is into canal and very painful.
