I took Pentocid Hp kit and probiotic and prebiotics  for three days. I am getting loose motion..can i take further medicine?

I have H pilory disease..and I took medicine for 3 days...can I do some physical exercise or Yoga? if yes then what kind of yoga or exercise i have to do?

Went for a regular checkup for irregular period and the report mentioned that Ihave Polyps ranging from 2-3mm. im scared of the gall bladder removal. i have regular acidity issues which ve been there from years but this polyp issue is giving me a nightmare.
