Hello dr i have been diagnosed with dry piles since 2020 and i have taken ayurvedic treatment for about one year and the swelling in the lumps have reduced to some extent but not completely, and now i m taking homeopathy treatment about two months can it be cured by homeopaty or do i need to undergo any type of surgery. I need guidence of homepathy doctor please help

Suffering from hemmoroides and fissure Hello dr. I have been diagonosed with dry piles and fissure in ano since dec 2020, then i started ayurvedic treatment for about 1 yr from nov 2020 to nov 2021 nd my hemmoroides are reduced to some extent but they are still there. And then i started homropathy treatment from nov 2021 till now but no relieve till now please help.

I often experience pain in lower abdomen,sometimes in the right quadrant ,sometimes in left. It stays for approximately a day. It's sometimes relieved by zinetac/aciloc but some times it stays even after the medicine. I also often feel bloating in stomach in the evening,which happens when i get up from a short/long afternoon nap. Kindly guide me what this could be related to? Could it be serious?

Hello I have gastric problem but in summer if I take fast food or food with sauces that food sometimes cause gastric pain and indigestion in my stomach and I feel relax after emptying the bowel,so tell me the exact problem and medicine for it

I am hpylori positive..I got covid few days back I came negative too. So I wanna ask for covid my hpylori infection will increase??.I have mild pain in stomacj and I am uncomfortable  like inflammation so I am asking Or it's ok nothing will happen.?? I am taking med Nexpro rd40 and meva c and probiotoc now. Kindly please reply as it's important to know. Please

My total bilburin is 0.62 my direct bilburin is 0.39 and indirect is 0.22 is it normal or should i worry

Hello doctor... Am having pain in abdomen n feel like passing stool.. not able to pass but with force it is watery stool... Started today with tablet norflox tz bd.. and taking tab pantop D... The pain s such that I feel like passing stool... Once I pass stool pain s reduced for few minutes n then pain s same.. I took cremaffin syrup today night... The pain s so irritating... Plz help

Hi Doctor, I have pain in upper stomach. Sometimes burp with high sound after drinking water, while poop and while any changes in stomach. I feel that burp comes from where the pain is.
