Stomach pain
Few days back I had stomach pain followed by vomiting. It continued for 3-4 days. I consulted a general physician. He wrote test n gave medicine.I took medicine and have done the test. The test shows Lipase Serum as 201 ,Serum Globin as 2.80 ,serum total protein as 6.57,creatinine as 0.67, serum iron 55.2, haemoglobin as 11. RDW-CV as 15.5 RWD SD as 54.70. I don't have acute pain now but feel extremely bloated. At the same time I am feeling a pressure on the upper right hand side of my stomach. It's little difficult to bend n I have little back pain too. My doctor wrote medicine and ask me to take it. If pain persist then he asked for Usg whole abdomen. My question is I am not feeling acute pain but a mild pressure is there on the right hand of my tummy and when touched can feel the pain but not acute. So shall I wait for 10 days, take medicine and see how things are or should I do USG immediately to check if there is any problem. Kindly suggest.

USG abdomen to be done asap, as it can be related to your body organ named as Pancreas. Its a very notorious organ, many times not properly visualised in USg,i suggest it will be better to get you CECT. ABDOMEN done.
Next Steps
