Stomach infection since 12days
10days back it started with diarrhea and vomiting so took ofloxacin Oz completed the course with Redotil and econerm after a week it reduced with tiredness I took drips too in between and doctor again suggested to take Rifagut 400 with Vizylac rich for 15 days.. I am already on medication but again loose motion started now I am really in worry what to do. I traveled from my place to native. Stomach pain is there and have motion sensation. Did blood test cbc, typhoid, and c reactive protein and stool test too seems report fine itself. Plz guide me as I am In different place. I have to travel back to my place in another 2 days. Let me know what to do

With your blood and stool reports all coming back normal, this looks more like your gut recovering unevenly after back-to-back antibiotic courses rather than a fresh infection. Loose motions flaring up again partway through treatment is common in this situation, especially with travel added on top.
Next Steps
Keep up fluids and ORS through the day, and stick to simple, low-fat meals until this settles. Please mention this to your treating doctor, since the plan may need adjusting rather than you changing it yourself.

If you develop a high fever, blood in the stool, or can't keep fluids down before you travel, please see a doctor in person wherever you are rather than waiting until you're back home.
