Sir/mam my friend is exposed to hepatitis c..i read on internet that it sometimes resolve on its own and sometimes medical intervention is required.. so what should he do.. i is a drug addict and is undergoing withdrawal treatment.. And wat precautions should i take..

I've celiac disease since 2014, I'm on gluten free diet but somehow TTG never comes negative, when it comes to normal range, it increases, I've fibromyalgia, restless leg syndrome, migraine, and postural tachycardia syndrome. Last time I went for test, TTG was 23, now today its 28 and I didn't eat gluten from any source, also my muscle pain is so worse and fibromyalgia's medicines aren't working on it. Could postive TTG mean any other autoimmune condition except celiac disease? Or any reason why it never comes negative?

Hi doctor, I have been facing gastric issue since many years and it comes and goes. For last 4 week, i was having normal and loose stool. I did course of antibiotics and probiotic and stool is proper since 1 week. But gastric issue is still there. I get gastric mostly after breakfast. I have started taking unigel syrup once in day after brekfast. It given relief. Can I take this medicine for long term ??? Please suggets.

Dr anup Prakash , sir it is only in scortom area and not disappear when lying down if you look from outside it is tight when you press it it is compressible is testicular cancer compressible or very hard, please reply sir
