My friend is a slim lean guy with 5'10" height and no medical issues so far. He have a habit of consuming large quantity of alcohol with friends for days at a stretch. For a week he and his friends consume alcohol without seeing the daylight. He left alcohol consumption for a month or two and now he's drinking again. I want to run a few tests on him to know whether any part of his body have been badly affected by this alcohol consumption. What are the tests that need to be done in order to detect alcoholism and it's effect? Is CDT and Fibroscan worth taking?

Everyday I feel heavy in right abdomen,also I feel my right leg heavy and pain in right leg joint. I have to bend towards left to get gas out through burps.feel like right is packed with gas I have been taking nexpro for more than a month but no use. Please help me.
