I am having very frequent burping from last 2 months what should I do. Please suggest something should I consult a doctor or it is normal

Hi doctor , i am facing very irritating situation and tensed. I have few episodes of loose stool( not diahera) last 3 week . Now it seems normal beacuse i am passing either hard or little soft stool . But sometime , it again starts as loose stool. Loose stool has happened once in last week. Now, i always feel like diahera near my anus. I feel bloating also sometime. I did CBC , esr , crp and lft. All are normal. I am worried... And stressed. I am anxities paitent also. Please guide me what could be reason. There is no stomach pain, fever or anything else.

I have diagnosed with gerd in 2014, In 2012 I had taken some skin itching related medicine. After taking that medicine I started burping all day. Since then I am suffering with this burping problem and also some times a little pain in my right abdomen. I had done ultrasound several times and endoscopy(2 times). Doctors told this excessive gerd. But i am suffering with this continuous burping problem a lot. It also produce discomfort in my chest also.Kindly help me.

I had pain in my right side of abdomen, loose motion 4-5 times and urge of voimiting. I visited local doctor and he prescribed Norflox Tz and Loperamide and LFT TEST. My LFT is done today and which shows increased SGOT and SGPT. What sort of action should I take now?

Suffering from gas problems and acid reflux. . It is paining in the middle of the top part of head (not sure it is water in the head or because of gas)... How to treat it to be normal ...

Two small well defined T2 and STIR hypeintense lesions showing mild restrictions on DWI noted in subcapsular location with extension into the liver parenchyma noted,one in segment VIII measuring about 2.6*2.3 cm and another in segment VI measuring about 1.8*1 cm. Mild T2 and hyperintense edema noted surrounding the lesions in liver parnchyma. Was on a week medication on ornidazole and dompan sr for a week. However pain like holding/ cramping/spasm on the right side of abdomen when taking deep breath, mild or no pain in normal breath. Please suggest ....Doctor stating no infection left. Later gave Xykaa BD 1000 mg,Dompan Etiprin-p currently for 15 days. Lot of burping, never there previoulsy. Please suggest. Very recetly recovered from LYMPHNODE TB IN STOMACH.Completed the tb drug course for 1 year in Dec 2021. After that detected with H-phylori in month of feb2022-Completed pantop + ornidazole course for 2 weeks and now these liver lesions please suggest future actions or tests. thank

Hi Doctor, Earlier last year I was diagnosed with IBS -D due to frequent loose bowel so doctor had prescribed few medicine like Ibset 5mg twice a day before food and cizaspa X once before food and vizylac rich once a day after food. The problem stopped after few days and so doctor recommended to stop medicine after 3 months but From last 3 days again I am having same problem loose stool 6 times a day and then again I went to doctor and he prescribed IBset twice before food and cizaspa X once before food and rifagut 550 twice after food and vizylac rich once a day after food. Last 2 days I am taking the medicine but no improvement daily 6 times I am having loose stool. Body has become weak. Also I am drinking ORS powder in water. Let me know if the medicine are correct or is there any medicine which can stop the loose stool immediately. Please help 🙏🙏
