My mother's USG shows outlined hypoechoic mass in RIF of size 68mm x 50mm. Mass contains minimal anechoic fluid suggestive of appendicular absecc. What should we do?

Total bilirubin level 2.13 mg and direct bilirubin level 1.26mg Is it severe jaundice? Is it dangerous?

Hi, I am 34 year Male , suffering from Antral Gastritis as Per endoscopy, I have been going under medication but nothing has improved a lot as I still have lots of gas issue, Burping a lot plus burning sensation in my stomach with if eat something from outside it creates sour in my mouth which is affecting my daily life also has is causing back pain pain left shoulder pain unable to pass gas sometimes.. I have done ultrasound test of my abdomen and pelvis both as well as done the test of pancreas and liver function test all are showing normal result..but I am feeling constant pain in my right side of abdomen (upper and lower both) why is it so,and what to do ??

I had done full body check up a week ago.I had taken this because of i had COVID last year during i had taken medications(Not hospitalized. Had fever, cold, headache, Diaherria- 3 times per day most of the time  during 3-4 months) and other spicy fluids. Earlier COVID also I used to have diarrhea most of the time if i take less water. After that 4 months of covid its becoming normal again but sometimes twice a day also Diaherria having. Taking lot and lot water approximately 5-6litres of water, stool becomes normal with digested. Otherwise always like Diaherria..Did a blood check up. Below are mentioned as concern. pls advise. Taking ursocol, heptagon, rifagut 550mg. After 3 weeks will be going for blood test again. SGOT - 110 SGPT - 48 Indirect billirubin- 1.2 Direct billirubin-0.1 Albumin-5.1 Globulin-3.6 LDL - 114 HDL - 47,. Total protein - 8.7 Stool and Urine - Normal

I have had heartburn issues. It was the third episode (after evening meal) in the last 7-8 months. I was having a discomfort over upper side of stomach and a minor chest pain. I needed to walk for 2 hours to be able to alleviate the discomfort and pain, as sitting idle was causing persistent pain. Kindly suggest the remedies or do I need to consult?

Im facing burning sensation in the throat and suddenly a sharp pain at the backside of chest at times, just for few seconds and it goes away. Happening at times only. Is this related to Gastritis..
