Hello! About 2 years ago my gynecologist suggested ultrasound as I'm trying to conceive baby but US report showed Ureterocele but when they examined the kidneys they were fine. But Lately I'm feeling back pain just below the breasts area and a little trickling at urine area. I had visited my gynecologist again about a month ago when I suddenly experienced extreme pain just below my left ovary and rectum area (butt hole?),gynea said it's UTI so suggested 7 days medicine but the trickling remains. NOTE: I have IBS too which causes constipation sometimes and had some bleeding while pooping about 2 months ago haven't visited a dr. for it just taking lexatives. My question: who should I consult? A urologist??

Crack in anus and pain while our body leaves waste matter some time drop of blood is comes from cracks . So can suggest any solution for this problem . Problem is only during that time otherwise no problem rest all the time .......

I recently had an annual full body checkup. All the values are absolutely under the limits, just the AST is 46 U/L and ALT is 74 U/L. Are these values too abnormal or is it common to have such elevations in today's world. Kindly let me know. (LFT report is attached)

Hi doctors I am facing issue where i am getting curd kind stool mix with solid.kind. early morning stool is fine but if I go 2 nd time then it comes as fix. I am anxious paitent and always get anxious of any illness. I met GP and he prescribed rabidom and frutobat . I am taking 1-0-0 before food since 4 days. Stool was normal in last day but again I got same curd like stool mix with solid when went 2nd time in a day. I am really scared for any deadly disease. Please suggest

I've been having pain in the right side of my abdomen and burning sensation in my lower back. I've been eating boiled food for months now since that's what several doctors prescribed because most of the reports came out normal. But my issues return as soon as I stop taking these medicines even with boiled food. I also spend a lot of time sitting which worsens the pain. Is it okay to take these medicines regularly?

3 weeks ago I had severe upper stomach pain. I did scan. Doctor told gall bladder mild enlarged(5mm). From then I started eating more fruits, buttermilk. Doctor also prescribed some antibiotics. I did LFT. It was normal. Now the pain has gone. My question is I won't eat much oily food or spicy food. My mistake is I used to skip breakfast and have direct lunch at 11. May be this is the cause for the pblm. Pls suggest what diet is to be taken for gall bladder inflammation. Also will I get this pblm back in future?

I have done a live function test Sgpt 22 Sgot 23 Alkaline phosphate 116(<130) Bilirubin total -1.6.(<1.2) Direct bilirubin -0.53 I have no obvious symptoms now. Is the bilrubin is high or any alarming?
