When I am standing or doing any work my right upper abdomen is lightly paining at one spot , I can't describe it some discomfort feeling ,when I lay on bed or take rest there is no pain or anything,I am noticing this  recently , one week back my cardiologist prescribed Prolomet XL 25 tablet for some cardic issues on that time I am getting acid reflux, burning sensation in stomach, heart burn etc, please tell me why my right upper abdomen discomfort

I am having dull pain in lower right ribs when pressed and today took usg and blood test. Usg normal but attached blood reports. Suffer from mild hiatus hernia and gerd from many years and even IBS also. Always from many years my liver tests are abnormal. What should be done next. Is it anything to be worried about. My weight is 46.

I am 32 years old, weight 63 kg.height 5'4".i go gym regularly from 8 months, and use whey protein 1 scoop, 1 himalaya aswagandha tablet,1 himalaya gokshura tablet and 1 multivitamin tablet. Now when I test my creatinine and liver function test, it's shows creatinine 1.13,serum bilirubin total 0.56, conjugated 0.31, unconjugated 0.25,total protein 7.4,albumin 4.2,globulin 3.2, SGOT 66.1,SGPT 31.4 and ALP 223.2. Is it indicate any liver problem?Please suggest any solution.
