Pain and itchy near anus while doing motions. No pain in day and night. only pain while doing motion and after 10-15 min it will last ( mostly its itchy )

I have done my liver function test ,ALP level is normal but ALT and AST is high.i am also feeling mild pain in the upper right abdomen with no other symptoms.what is the reason and what should I do??
