My sister has diagnosed with hepatomegaly with grade 3 fatty liver in such a young age. She has been suffering from pcos also. Is fatty liver very dangerous ?what should we do next? I'm seeking for some good suggestion.

1.5 months ago successfully treated with H pylori infection now from 2 -3 weeks facing greasy loose stool (floating) daily . lipase is - 119 Normal range of lipase is 0-64 CT scan reports are normal in my stool report occult blood is Absent But RBC is 1-2 /hpf please see attached reports is it anything serious ??i am really worried ..please answer 🙏
